Alexander Lotschak is an independent attorney at law cooperating with JUSTICH LEGAL as permanent substitute. He specializes in commercial and civil law, litigation and IP.
After his legal studies in Graz and Vienna, Alexander joined a Vienna-based law firm. In addition, he ran the publishing house Hans Pero, which he took over in 2003.
Since 1999, Alexander has been a member of the supervisory board of Literar-Mechana, the Austrian copyright collecting society.
Alexander is the CEO of ski-producer Kästle and established subsidiaries i.a. in the United States and in Switzerland.
